Return & Refund Policy

At Geeqo, we strive to offer you a smooth and satisfying shopping experience—even when your order is placed.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be:
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or order ID

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size issues (if size chart is followed), or personal dislike when ordered through Roposo Clout.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Skincare, cosmetics, or hygiene-related items once opened or used
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the Roposo product page

3. How to Request a Return

  • Raise your return request.
  • Alternatively, email us at support@geeqo.com with:
  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video (mandatory in case of damage/defect)
  • Reason for return

4. Refund Process

  • After your return is approved and the product is received & inspected, we’ll initiate a refund.
  • Refunds are processed:
  • To your original payment method
  • Within 7–10 business days
  • In case of Cash on Delivery, you may be asked to share your bank account or UPI details for refund.

5. Damaged / Missing / Wrong Product

  • Share an unboxing video showing the issue clearly within 48 hours.
  • We will investigate and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders placed via Roposo Clout cannot be cancelled once confirmed unless there is a delay in dispatch or stock unavailability.
